Purchasing an AED can be quite simple. In Wisconsin, no prescription or government approval are required. AEDs are available from medical & safety vendors and online mega-sites like… you can even buy an AED on E-Bay, (although that is strongly not recommended).

The problem is that once you make your purchase, the vendor is usually done with you. No set-up assistance, no technical support, no trouble-shooting…your purchase is now yours alone to deal with. Likewise with AED accessories… pads, batteries and CPR supplies are all your responsibility.

AED Maintenance.

Most AEDs are incredibly dependable and rarely need maintenance, except for routine pad & battery replacement, (normally every 2-4 years). We track pad & battery expiration dates, and notify our clients in advance whenever possible. Otherwise, we are always available for on-site maintenance or repair services.
