A specialized course designed for healthcare providers.  Includes an overview of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard 29-CFR 1910.1030, with emphasis on hospital, laboratory & outpatient clinic environments.  Course covers common bloodborne pathogens, potential exposure routes, personal protection and exposure reporting.  1-hour program, 1-year credential.   *Minimum 10 participants required.

 Bloodborne Pathogens for School & Child Care Workers                $15 per person*
A specialized course designed for school teachers, child care workers and others who work with children.  Includes an overview of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29-CFR 1910.1030. Course covers standard precautions, gloving & hand washing, clean-up after an incident and exposure reporting. 1-hour program, 1 year credential. *Minimum 10 participants required.

 Bloodborne Pathogens for Emergency Responders                         $15 per person*
A specialized course designed for Fire/Rescue, Police & EMS responders.  Includes an overview of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29-CFR 1910-1030.  Course covers standard precautions, decontamination of equipment, protective clothing, immunizations and exposure reporting.  Also includes an overview of NFPA 1581 (Fire Department Infection Control).  1-hour program, 1-year credential.  *Minimum of 10 participants required.

 Bloodborne Pathogens in the Workplace                                            $15 per person*
A general purpose course for all employees.  Course provides a basic understanding of what bloodborne pathogens are and how employees may reduce the risk of exposure to themselves and others. Course complies with training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29-CFR 1910-1030.  Includes lecture & video segments and a student handbook for all participants.  1-hour program, 1-year credential.  *Minimum of 10 participants required
